Wonder filled the eyes of our jolly good fellow Soliver, excitement flooded him as the work of art was now all over and complete. Clementine had just used our furry chap as a four legged canvas, as she got out the pet-safe dyes and went to work, luckily he was
cooperative and could be still and stand it. Clementine smiled as she stroked his fur and used the blow drier, it made his skin so warm and
his anticipation grow even higher. "What did she do with my hairdo? what does it look like?" he thought as he nuzzled his nose into his owner's arm he had found, her comforting human touch made him feel safe and sound.

Clementine: "All finished!" with a beholding hand gesture she declared and a sparkle in her eye, Soliver strolled over to the shiny mirror and beheld a look of surprise. Merle patches covered his silver saddle, and a new golden mask covered his face, his muzzle dropped with an eerie expression and Clementine gasped.

Clementine: "You... you do like
it, don't you? is it okay?" Clementine exclaimed, afraid she had offended him with her artistic creativity and judgement. Ears back and paws
sweating, Soliver woofed. Soliver: "I.... love it! the patches truly bring out my extravagant personality and Australian Shepherd heritage, and
my mask really brings out my eyes, I feel more like a brilliant herding breed then a mixed breed misfit". Clementine caressed Soliver.
Clementine: "Oh, you're no misfit! you've never been, everybody here likes you and we cannot wait for you to begin winning shows and trials,
but not that you ever need to win shiny medals to be appreciated".

Clementine gave Soliver a tight hug, as the dog melted in her beloved embrace
he closed his eyes and grunted with contentment as warm as a coffee mug. Soliver's fur was simply delightful the way he was born,
but due to regulations we have given him a new look so he can be an officially registered SIKC Canine, but we will never forget his inner-fur, and
what's more important is the inside that counts which will never change and only grow and blossom as his confidence and good training flourishes
:) Congratulations Soliver
