The ground was covered with a layer of crispy snow on this bright morning in Yorkshire, the winter finches were singing and the sky was very clear, spacious, and divine, although unfortunately our fluffy friendly Prince wasn't feeling too fine. Austin was spending some time with Soliver teaching him Agility lessons when he was approached by Duchess Romilly and her son. Prince Donovan seemed to be distraught, with a drippy mouth he clearly wasn't having much fun! "We have to go to the Vet, my darling doesn't feel his best" woofed Romilly with a face of poised concern. It's true what they say about a picture being worth a thousand words, it was clear Prince Donovan was in need of medical attention, so there really wasn't any need for more convincing!

young dog owner Austin gave Donovan a comforting towel to lay on as he drove him to the Vet. Careful as a cloud, Austin made sure to drive safely so the Prince could arrive safe and sound for his treatment. "I can't wait to feel better" Donovan spoke as he hobbled out of the car. Austin took Donovan into the clinic, he was woozy and panting in distress. Thankfully Dr Hector was quick to examine him and inspect him for a diagnoses.

Hector: "How do you feel Mr Donovan?" The collie mix perked up in-between his heavy panting with his ears parted. "I feel like the world around me is spinning, I can't seem to stay steady. My mouth won't quit running, and I've had no appetite this morning" the dog whined. Austin stood hopefully, as the doctor wrote down and analyzed his symptoms. Austin held Donovan's paw for comfort as the dog melted with the feeling of bliss and safety. "It appears Donovan has an extreme case of Swamp Mouth" Hector concluded. Donovan muttered "I haven't been drinking out of any swamps..." shaking his head with a bit of amusement.

After a phone discussion with Clementine they both agreed to let the vet treat Donovan with the best medicine. Donovan was brave and let the doctor give him his antibiotics. "Anything to feel better" woofed the Prince with confidence. The vet suggested him to take it easy for the next few days and stay out of the cold <3 Get well soon Donovan :)
