Allow me to introduce you to my pack of naturally raised dogz, starting with the one who started it all...
Meet Quail! the dog who inspired this website. She is a naturally raised Dalmatian Lab mix with some features from Sexpotlida's
Bull Terrier and German Shepherd OW files. In search of a cute grey sports dog, I bred her myself. Playful, eccentric, outgoing, and expressive are all words that can be used to describe Quail. As a puppy, Quail was more shy and cautious. As Quail matured she gained more confidence as I socialized her and encouraged her to become an athlete for the Duke's
Group 2019 Summer Olympics. Quail has never been big on posing, but she shines in Fly-ball and lure coursing. She's a fun, quirky canine who is a lovely competitor and companion.
Frolicsome, silly, pleasingly little, charming, brave, and unique are all words that can be used to describe my lovely little Reeses pup! His show-name is Thor's One True Treat, and he has earned the title of Supreme Grand Champion in the show-ring! he also showed great athletic spirit when he competed in the Duke's Group 2019 Summer Olympics. I've had this little guy for quite some time now, I naturally raised him for the Duke's Group Autumn Event in 2018 and grew attached to him. He was bred by Thor, and it was love at first sight! he resembled my real dog, so it was easy for me to be fond of him. Out of all the choices, I just had to pick him <3 I'm pretty sure Thor named him Reeses because he's brown like chocolate and has a peanut-butter coloured chest just like the candy, which makes his name so fitting. He's very fond of my other dog Quail, they grew up together; I would say the two are best friends and it's easy for him to become jealous of other Petz who play with her.
Reeses enjoys paling around with Quail like a little brother :) Reeses has romantic feelings for a few different ladies, but he has yet to find his true love, although he has found a spot in my heart <3 He also has a Dachie personality and the cutest little bark :)
This is Mia the Great Dane. Mia was acquired through an MPA, previously owned by Smonikkims and originally bred by Bambi Vision. I adored her jet-black pelt and felt that she would be a good addition to my pack. For a Great Dane, she's more on the timid side as the camera-shutter and the jack-o-lantern make her nervous. She's a gentle giant, and doesn't want to harm small critters such as mice and squirrels; she will sniff and lick them as she investigates them.
She enjoys socializing and romping with the pack, and gets along with most other dogz. Despite being the same-sex, she unexpectantly fell in love with Quail! I was pleasantly surprised and celebrated their unique love. Mia and Quail went on to magically biologically produce three puppies! Magpie, Thrush, and Starling (born in that order)
Magpie is a fun-loving lady who has a unique heritage. Her mothers are Quail and Mia, yes you heard that right! the petz deities said let there be love between two dogz of the same-sex, and magically Magpie was born! Her mother is a purebred Great Dane, making her have a lot of daney characteristics. She loves to play, learn new trickz, and compete in sports like her mum Quail. She's always had slightly oversized extra-floppy elephant-like ears; they may appear normal most of the time, but when she bursts into playtime action her lovely ears flop about! She's pretty well-coordinated and has demonstrated the ability to catch a Frisbee, and ball in mid-air, as well as do cartwheels! She doesn't fancy being watered with the water-bucket, but she loves to sniff the flowers in the garden. She shares a common spirit for athletic endeavours like Quail, and ever since she was a baby her favourite toy has been a cozy orange towel <3
Thrush is a fuzzy dali-mix; he is the second-born offspring between Quail and Mia, and in-my-opinion, the puppy whose physical traits took the most after Quail. Like his mother Quail, Thrush is highly energetic, zesty, and has a-lot of athletic spirit. He likes to frolic and romp vigorously with his sports-loving family, before winding down into a cozy ball to rest deeply after a day of play. He's a silly lad, and can be seen lolling his red tongue and making a playful face when he's feeling his oats <3 Thrush recently fell in love with a mini-dog named Sylvia, and he had a beautiful daughter named Chia. Eventually he had a mini sized son named Flax.
Starling is Dalmatian/Dane mixie who is the youngest of three, and the product of two mother dogz (Mia and Quail). He is the only puppy that Mia gave birth to herself, and he takes after Mia with his handsome
black fur, while his pink-eyes were a feature from Quail :)
He was named after a bird because I named the rest of his family fitting names based on birds. (His siblings Magpie and Thrush). He has a tall slender body and long Great Dane legs. As a puppy, Starling enjoyed running with his siblings and snacking on fruit; the little lad loved to learn and was taught the trickz wave and beg. He's very attentive to detail and likes to relax in a basket on warm summer days.
UPDATE: Starling has went to his new home and now belongs to Itsatlas on Duke's Group!
I bought Sylvia bought from Kismetwoof on PUGS in hopes of her becoming Reeses' mate. She's a mini tri-colour Border Collie OW
mixie. Despite her size, she takes on a humble Dalmatian bark and personality rather than a hyperactive Chihuahua one.
She's a refined lady dog who takes pride in herself, but lacks the over-arrogance of a poodle's attitude; so you could say she's
just the right balance of modesty :) She's always been good friends with
Reeses, but it took an extra push using the perfume bottle to encourage them to have a puppy (the result was Minty).
However, Sylvia wasn't Reeses' only girlfriend; after a while Sylvia found true love with Thrush, a dog who is much larger but a
better match for Sylvia <3 love doesn't know size. Thrush and Sylvia had a baby girl named Chia.
Sylvia has proven to be curious as well as smart, since she learnt the trick wave pretty quickly. Her favourite toy is the
tennis ball. She has a lot of determination for chasing things, and likes to help out in the garden.
